Blum is a crypto trading app that scaled to 95M+ users. I shaped the trading ecosystem across Spot Trading, Perpetual Trading, Launchpad, and Wallet, creating a unified UX architecture and design system across four product areas. I contributed to product decisions and led design decisions from research to release, working directly with C-level stakeholders.

⁕Led end-to-end design for Spot Trading, including core trading flows, token discovery, and order execution. Spot reached 50.8M MAU at peak.
⁕Designed Perpetual Trading from 0→1, including core flows for leveraged positions, liquidation, and risk management. Attracted 1.2M+ new traders in 6 months after launch.
⁕Designed Launchpad from 0→1 for memecoin trading and token launches. Launchpad became #1 on TON with 416K tokens launched.
⁕Designed Spot and Perps wallets for faster trading, making buy and sell flows 32% faster, increasing Spot trades by 37% and reducing wallet-related support tickets by 90%.
⁕Built and scaled a unified design system across Spot, Perps, Launchpad, and Wallet to improve product consistency and speed up delivery across trading products.

Lifty is a multichain NFT trading platform. I led design across the full product from concept to release, managed the design team, and partnered with the founders on product strategy, roadmap planning, market fit exploration, and product differentiation.

⁕Designed the full NFT trading experience from 0→1, including core trading flows, Launchpad, and Wallet across multiple chains. Reached 1.4M MAU at peak.
⁕Built a scalable design system that improved product consistency and helped speed up time to market across new features and product areas.
⁕Helped drive $276M+ in total trading volume and 254K+ NFTs created. Lifty became the #1 NFT marketplace on BNB Chain.

Profi · Senior Product Designer Aug 2020 – Sep 2021

Profi is a platform for coaches, trainers, and their clients that streamlines scheduling, payments, and service delivery. I designed key B2B and client-facing product areas, including coach and client portals, payments, and the design system.

⁕Designed the coach portal with an analytics dashboard for session activity, client progress, and financial metrics, helping coaches save up to 140 hours of admin work per year.
⁕Designed the client portal, including video sessions, onboarding, calendar, and session notifications, and redesigned payments to help reduce errors, delays, and client complaints across the service flow.
